Online Customer Feedback System
Lufkin Automation is
proud to announce the Online Customer Feedback System. This new automated system
gives customers the ability to submit feedback and
support issues online. Feedback is sent directly to the Engineering, Manufacturing and
Operations staff at Lufkin Automation. Each feedback form
passes through several technical and managerial levels in order to
ensure that customer feedback information and requests are handled
appropriately.
The system is easy to use, and requires only a few lines of
information to get started. Once a feedback form is submitted,
the customer receives login information via email for that feedback
form, giving the user the ability to track the status and any
resolution details posted online
through the
lufkauto.net customer portal.
